In today’s Deutsch Dienstag, Marie learns a new word.

Hit play to find out which one.

marieelliott:

Die Mücke {n.}{f.}

I learned this word on Sunday while sitting by the canal, where loads of mosquitoes were. I managed to escape with no bites but if I had stayed longer, it would’ve been a different story. Anyway, I kind of like this word for some reason.

Sentence: Die Mücke biss mich (the mosquito bites me).
