Introducing ‘Connect with SoundCloud’ - connect any site or app with the Cloud
We want to make it really easy for users to connect third-party apps and services with their accounts on SoundCloud.
That’s why we’re introducing ‘Connect with SoundCloud’ today. It’s built on OAuth giving you the main benefit that you don’t have to store your SoundCloud login credentials in any third-party app or service.
We have identified two main use cases:
- Export to SoundCloud: upload tracks to SoundCloud from a third-party application. Case study: FiRe Field Recorder
- Import from SoundCloud: transfer tracks from SoundCloud account to a third-party service. Case study: Abbey Road Online Mastering
