Digital Music News: “This sort of thing would have been difficult and expensive until recently. But thanks to off-the-shelf, easy-to-use tools from ThingLink and SoundCloud, Soundway Records was able to create this playable map of Colombia. It helps to feature the Soundway catalog, both audio and video.”

Webdoc is a super simple service that lets you create digital scrapbooks like the one you see embedded above in no time.
We just got word that the team behind Webdoc has integrated SoundCloud into their application which means you can now use any SoundCloud content in yourown Webdocs.
In the example above (we’re using the embed code in a Tumblr Video post), you’ll see that artist Charles Bradley using a photo, a speech bubble, a countdown and a SoundCloud embed in one single Webdoc announcing a live concert. The cool thing is that you can re-embed the Webdoc on other sites, turning your Webdoc into a digital flyer full of rich media.
Read more about Webdoc and the integration over on The Next Web.
Hunch Now Supports SoundCloud Recommendations
Hunch is a service that personalizes the web by helping you share and discover great recommendations about all sorts of topics. Basically, Hunch is creating a ‘taste graph’ of the entire web. Sounds cool? You bet it does.
Today, the fine folks over at Hunch informed us that they now support SoundCloud recommendations and here’s how it works in three steps:
1. Find something on SoundCloud you’d like to recommend, copy the URL and paste it as a recommendation on Hunch:

2. Click ‘Next’, select a category and add a short description explaining what you’re recommending and why:

3. Hit ‘Recommend’ and done. Your recommendation is now live and clicking the play button will unveil the SoundCloud player:

Make sure to also add the Bookmarklet to your brower so any time you’re on a SoundCloud page, you can recommend what you’re listening to right from the same page.
Try it out and let us know what you think in the comments. Thanks to Ben and everyone at Hunch for making this happen.
